"All I can say is that I was in a place that I shouldn't have been and an incident took place," she told AVweb. EAA spokesman Dick Knapinski confirmed to AVweb that the incident took place. "My understanding is that they were coming from the Gathering of Eagles [EAA's gala dinner] and were heading back to their hotel when they stopped to check an airplane," Knapinski said. "They ended up in a location where they weren't supposed to be."
