Shot with Fujifilm GFX100s. I happened to be taking photographs of the Battleship North Carolina, and heard an aircraft taking off from the Cape Fear River. I was disappointed that I had missed a beautiful shot, and then noticed his left hand turn and realized he was entering a downwind for the river. I raced to the water’s edge and set up just in time for this shot.
