We’ve identified a need among pilots and passengers for convenient oxygen access, such as to refresh prior to an approach, support a brief climb over weather or terrain, and support a passenger with low blood oxygen. These needs are often below the 12.5k altitudes and don’t always warrant use of a larger portable or built-in oxygen system.
The Aithre oxygen bottle is only 2.5 inches in diameter and 11.5 inches in length, weighing just 1 lbs 14 oz due to its composite carbon fiber and aluminum construction. Yet, it packs 47L of oxygen at 2000 PSI. With a convenient easy-operate on-off combined regulator valve that is preset to 0.5LPM, it delivers 2 hours of continuous or intermittent flow of 99.99% pure aviator’s breathing oxygen. This bottle is designed to fit in your flight bag or backpack and be ready for use anytime you need it.
The Aithre oxygen bottle includes the carbon fiber bottle, combined regulator/valve, custom neoprene sport carrying bag, and a Uni-flo2 cannula.
Probably the best part of the Aithre oxygen bottle is that you can refill it yourself or at any FBO that fills oxygen using standard transfilling equipment. You no longer have to throw away small disposable bottles or pay exorbitant amounts for squirts of lower quality oxygen!
