Younger holds both a bachelor's and masters degree in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. He also holds an associate degree in total quality management from Kansas Newman University in Wichita and an aircraft maintenance technician degree from the Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, Okla. He holds a green belt certification in Textrons Six Sigma program.
