Question of the Week: If X < 51%, Then Does Y = A Kitplane?
The EAA is recommending a new class of kitbuilt aircraft where builders might not have to complete a strict “51%” of the process on their own. What do you think of this? Plus: Time magazine recently reported that 49% of pro pilots are “very happy” with their jobs. Find out how many AVweb readers lit up with smiles when we asked the same question last week.
PREVIOUS RESULTS ***
Time magazine recentlyreported that 49% of professional pilots are "very happy" with their jobs. Last week, we were curious how that figure matches up to theAVweb readership population.
While our readership may be slightly less joyful than the pilots Time interviewed, you're a pretty happy bunch. One in four respondents called flying a dream job, but another one-and-a-half of you (39% of the total responses) said there were things you'd like to improve (like the pay or benefits).
