RC models keep getting bigger and more complex and this certainly ticks those boxes.
One needed upgrade should be increased scrutiny of the vendors and the parts, sub-assemblies, and processes used emanating from these companies. Finally Boeing and the other manufacturers should NOT be allowed to self certify, period.
They need to pay vendors for the quality of the parts, not the raw numbers of parts. Corporate America are bean counters and bean counters are not skilled in producing fail safe parts.
