Our weekly foray into SocialFlight's web site for all that's happening in general aviation uncovered the highest airshow on earth, a World War II-themed airshow, a Civil Air Patrol pancake feed and a potluck fly-in. On Saturday, June 7 from 10:00 a.m. to noon what is billed as the Highest Show on Earth, an airshow over Lake Dillon, adjacent to Dillon, Colo., is scheduled. It's an air and water event plus a concert. The nearest airport is McElroy Field in Kremmling, Colo. The Great Plains Wing of the Civil Air Patrol is putting on its annual Late Spring Flight Breakfast on Saturday, June 7 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The pancake feed will take place at the Council Bluffs (Iowa) Municipal Airport.

A World War II-themed fly in and airshow is taking place at Rusk County Airport, Henderson, Texas, on Saturday, June 7. Things start happening at 8:00 a.m. and continue to 4:00 p.m., with the airshow starting at 12:30 p.m. There will be a Potluck Fly In at Middlebury Airport, Middlebury, Vt., on Saturday, June 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.-rain date is Sunday.
