All ten people aboard a Cessna 208 Caravan are feared dead after the plane crashed on a frozen Lake Erie, Saturday, in snow. The National Aeronautics Association is accepting nominations for its biggest honor. Nominations will be accepted until Jan. 31 for the Robert J. Collier Trophy.
