My 5 year old son holding us straight and level, with the magenta line pointing up. He was on instruments because he's short. He assured me that he had it under control, until we get closer to the runway, then you can take it Dad. He's been flying with me since before his 1st birthday. Taken with an iPhone 6. PICTURE OF THE WEEK: Keep the Magenta Line Pointing Up
On an extremely bumpy afternoon, while bouncing between 1,500 and 2,200 feet over Newton, NJ (near KFWN), I came upon several flocks of snow geese. This was a small portion of but one of the flocks. Taken with a Leica SL2, 277 mm, ISO 400, 1/1250, f4. Copyrighted photo by Daniel Spitzer MD.
Born To - and Borne On - the Winds
This makes me smile. Great work, Dad!
WTG!
Beautifully composed shot. When you get tired of that Leica send it to me.
Flies IFR; because too short for VFR. 😉
Thanks to all for the kind words of encouragement. My little boy is growing quickly as is his love of airplanes. He and I keep our faces to the sky looking for airplanes.
