Last Week’s Poll Results: Keep Them Flying


The majority of respondents thought the Collings Foundation was wrong to end air tours with its warbirds, but the results of the poll show a wide range of opinions on the topic. It was closer than many of our polls.

  1. Sorry, I would’ve voted, NO, it’s always been a bad idea.

    There exists plenty of data to support that the safety standard for taking passengers for compensation has not been met.

    If the airlines had the warbird safety record, the FAA would shut them down immediately.

    Passengers deserve the highest level of safety attainable. Most warbird operators don’t meet that standard.
